Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on software engineer with deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including UiPath, to design, configure and develop custom Power Platform solutions for a client in the United States.

You will lead implementations, provide technical expertise, and present solutions to C-level management and boards. Strong communication, leadership, and client development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proficient with SharePoint 2013+ and SharePoint Online; Power Apps/Power Automate in M365 stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform implementations across discovery to deployment.
• Gather client requirements in sales/marketing/customer service workflows.
• Deliver Power Platform solutions, data integrations and dashboards.
• Provide hands-on technical design and implementation for customers.
• Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer materials.
• Develop and refine Power Platform standards and tools.
• Present tailored demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure high quality development.
