Qualifications

• Intermediate–advanced experience with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading teams delivering M365 solutions including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with DoD, Department of the Navy, or other federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SharePoint and Power Platform solution architecture and development.
• Design, deploy, test, and sustain solutions in medium- to large-scale environments.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, specifications, and proposals.
• Guide communications, training, and adoption tied to solution rollouts.
