Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technical Digital Lead and Solution Architect to drive the organization’s digital modernization. You will transform manual processes into secure, automated, data-driven solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Salesforce and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience traveling to client sites up to 50%.
• Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrating Salesforce.
• Experience building dashboards/analytics with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to technical teams and executives.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities

• Lead EUR's digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions.
• Architect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions to improve collaboration, document management, and business operations.
• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations that streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance.
• Provide technical leadership, solution oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, secure, and sustainable solutions.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of SIX (6) years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Selected candidate must be able to travel to client site as needed (up to 50%).
• Demonstrated experience serving in a technical lead, solution architect, or similar leadership role, providing architectural guidance and oversight for digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience leading technical projects, developing technical requirements or Statements of Work (SOWs), and managing solution delivery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services.
• Experience with enterprise information architecture, data governance, and records management.
• Experience supporting large enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing development standards and best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
