Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Senior Engineer to serve as the lead technical authority for Power Platform development supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Accessions Service Center.

You will own end-to-end solution architecture and enterprise governance, focusing on security, scalability, and data protection. You will collaborate with business and functional leaders to align solutions with regulatory requirements, drive modernization of core data assets, and deliver high-value results.

Qualifications

• Degree requirements as listed: BA/BS with 10+ years, or MA/MS with 5+ years, or expert certification in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years supporting government agencies in design/deploy of enterprise-scale solutions; USCG or DHS preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and active DHS Public Trust (HSPD-12 Tier 2) or ability to obtain one; must have resided in the U.S. for 3 of last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority for Power Platform development across the program.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture from requirements to deployment.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks and best practices for development.
