Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 4+ years
• Option to substitute certification and eight+ years experience for degree
• Experience in solution architecture, enterprise app development, technical leadership, and systems integration
• US Coast Guard or Homeland Security defense-related support experience preferred
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical authority for Power Platform development.
• Oversee end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale applications.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Design applications and automations emphasizing security and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership in solution architecture and systems integration.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 information management.
• Ensure solutions meet client requirements and objectives.
• Create reusable patterns, templates, and code bases for future use.
• Mentor developers to support ongoing training and growth.
