Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Sr. Power Platform Developer to support ECM migration initiatives in a hybrid role based in Arlington, VA. The role requires extensive work with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot across enterprise-grade solutions for a federal client.

You will lead design, development, and governance efforts, mentor juniors, and ensure quality through testing and documentation, with flexible scheduling to balance migration work during nights or weekends.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
5+ years in at least one of: SharePoint DMS, NFS/SMB analysis, Records Management, or Enterprise migrations.
5+ years developing with Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
2+ years with Copilot development and integration with Power Platform.
5+ years in two of Admin roles (Power Platform/SharePoint/Azure Entra ID/Dynamics 365/Exchange).
Strong documentation and governance skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement of Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
Build apps, automations, and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx, and Copilot integrations.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Copilot extensions and prompts.
Test components, document results, and prepare test plans for QA teams.
Document architectures, deployment procedures, and user guidance.
Mentor junior developers and oversee timely delivery; perform code reviews.
