Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration seeks a Senior Engineer to serve as the lead technical authority for Power Platform development across the program, supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Accessions Service Center. You will own end-to-end solution architecture, governance, and security while guiding junior engineers and coordinating with Coast Guard stakeholders.

This onsite role at St. Elizabeth's Campus in Washington, DC requires US citizenship and DHS Public Trust eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree with related experience, or expert certification.
• Minimum years of government-facing enterprise-scale project work preferred.
• U.S. citizenship with DHS Public Trust eligibility or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority for all Power Platform development across the program.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture from requirements through deployment.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks and development best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and business-transition requirements.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and coordinate with Coast Guard stakeholders.
