Job summary

Everforth ECS in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst specialized in Microsoft Power Platform to support federal clients in process improvement, analytics, and digital transformation. The role focuses on building no-code/low-code solutions, delivering Power BI dashboards, and aligning business needs with IT teams.

Strong communication and Lean Six Sigma, plus hands-on Power Platform skills, are valued.

Qualifications

Experience gathering business, functional, and technical requirements.
Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development.
Proficiency in developing and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with SharePoint Online and data sources.
Knowledge of federal HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate requirements into reporting solutions with KPIs and data requirements.
Connect and transform data from SharePoint Online, Excel, and enterprise systems.
Lead business process reengineering (BPR) to improve HR operations across federal agencies.
Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and system requirements with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain business process workflows using Visio; apply Lean Six Sigma principles.
