Job summary

PER SE GROUP INC. is seeking an O&M Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of the power generation facility. You will lead the team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance, adhering to policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities include directing O&M technicians, developing training, managing maintenance requests, and maintaining logs and manuals while supporting budget objectives and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a power generation facility.
• Competent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software; ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Driving on company business required; valid driver’s license essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations and maintenance of the generation plant to ensure safe, lawful, continuous, and efficient operation.
• Directs and trains O&M staff and technicians; ensure compliance with plant policies and procedures.
• Generates maintenance work orders and equipment corrections; familiar with CMMS.
• Maintains plant logs, records, and operating manuals; monitors budget and operating plan.
• Prepares required reports for Plant Manager and Owner/utility.
• Ensures environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards are met.
