Qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma with relevant training.
• Complete training and EEI TECH testing requirements.
• Willingness for rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer skills.
• Understanding of power plant prints and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and access to vehicle.
• Ability to work in a power plant environment and lift 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, start, and stop power plant equipment using control systems.
• Maintain and control work orders and spare parts inventory in CMMS.
• Train and develop others in preventative maintenance and safety.
• Lead fault identification and propose corrective actions.
• Develop operating procedures for safe plant operation.
• Work shifts safely and efficiently while meeting environmental standards.
• Perform overtime and rotating shift work as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
