Job summary

Worley is seeking a Power Generation Commissioning Manager to lead pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up of large‑scale power facilities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal performance.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop strategies, oversee FAT and SAT, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to drive readiness before turnover.

Qualifications

• Extensive commissioning and start-up experience in power generation.
• Strong knowledge of Rankine cycle, thermodynamics, instrumentation, controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall commissioning leadership for combined cycle, cogeneration, and gas turbine projects from planning through start-up and handover.
• Develop and execute commissioning strategies, including systemization, procedures, schedules, and resource planning.
• Integrate commissioning activities into the project execution plan with engineering, procurement, and construction milestones.
• Establish start-up sequencing, logic, and durations to support project schedules.
• Validate operational readiness to ensure safe, reliable turnover to operations.
