Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Power and Performance Architect to influence, innovate and drive next generation power features from architecture to market. You will lead system-level power optimizations across silicon, platform, software and manufacturing, spanning datacenter to client devices.

Requirements include 15+ years in silicon power and power management, deep expertise in power modeling and measurement, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in EE, CE, CS, or Systems Engineering.
• 15+ years of silicon power and power management experience.
• Expertise in silicon power, transistor physics, power modeling and measurement.
• Background with system-level features, binning methods, optimization techniques and data analysis.
• Experience on product-level power and performance analysis; datacenter experience preferred.
• Familiarity with silicon bringup and validation, frequency and power characterization.
• Excellent problem solving, partnership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect next-generation power management features from architecture to productization.
• Lead power feature requirements and scheduling across architecture to silicon.
• Develop methodologies for power modeling, measurement and characterization.
• Collaborate with system architects, designers, software/firmware engineers, and operations.
• Provide design feedback based on silicon feedback and simulations.
