Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Systems Architect to lead power solutions across product families such as datacenter, networking, PCIe, automotive, and Shield. You will guide design, analysis, and delivery of robust, efficient power architectures for current and future platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics with 7+ years of experience and a track record in product roadmaps. Collaboration with internal teams and partners is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Deep expertise in Power Electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, HVDC, HDVR), automotive power, power semiconductors, magnetics and capacitors.
  • Proven experience in system power architecture and power design.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in product solutions and roadmap execution.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality results meeting product requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of power solution projects for active product development.
  • Analyze, simulate and optimize power architectures aligned with future roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership in power architecture development and implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and industry partners to develop multi-source solutions.
  • Share learnings in team meetings and stay current with industry trends and innovations.
