• Identify best-fit freight for existing capacity.
• Improve capacity utilization and network efficiency.
• Negotiate carrier rates while maintaining margins.
• Match customer freight with appropriate power-only capacity.
• Coordinate brokerage and asset-based networks.
• Lead sourcing, retention, and deployment of power-only capacity.
• Analyze lanes, freight characteristics, and network requirements.
