Responsibilities

• Diagnose and execute repairs to generators and components at customer sites.
• Develop productive customer relations and address customer needs promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on power generation products in the field.
• Escalate issues to product specialists or supervisors when needed.
• Document service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools in clean, operable condition.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
• Train and mentor technicians and apprentices.
