Responsibilities

• Establish productive customer relations and ensure prompt attention to customer needs.
• Diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer sites using specialized tools and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on power generation products in the field.
• Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists / Supervisor.
• Coach and develop technicians and apprentices and transfer knowledge to others.
• Complete service documentation, including worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies and report incidents.
• Communicate effectively to diverse audiences and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Develop talent, manage complexity, and handle conflicts constructively.
• Engage in self-development and participate in safety-focused activities.
