Stanley Consultants is a global engineering firm seeking a Design Manager / Senior Engineer with 15+ years of power generation experience to lead design efforts. The role focuses on coordinating disciplines, ensuring work is well-planned, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Based in a hybrid environment, you will guide design teams, monitor progress, and keep clients informed through the Project Manager while ensuring quality and technical integrity across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college.
• 15+ years of relevant power generation design experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Natural gas power generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the design team and oversee the technical portion of the design process.
• Ensure cross-discipline communications and coordination are occurring.
• Coordinate schedules and implement the quality control plan.
• Support the Project Manager by communicating design issues and assisting with client engagement on change management.
