Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Advisor - Solution Architecture in Houston to drive commercial strategy for power generation projects. You will bridge executive leadership with commercial teams, supporting business development, client relationships, and pipeline tracking across major energy initiatives.

You will contribute to proposals, contractual materials, and strategic planning while coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver value for utilities, industrials, and energy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
10+ years in energy with focus on electrical business segment.
Strong commercial acumen supporting business development or sales processes.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with high professionalism.

Responsibilities

Support strategy development to create new markets for power generation capabilities.
Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documentation across project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and milestones.
Lead or support business development, client relationships, and pipeline tracking.
Support and execute planning for shows, demos, and site visits in the country.
