Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of energy industry experience with focus on electrical business segment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting business development or sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and local languages; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development to create new markets for power generation capabilities.
• Conceptualize power project solutions for end markets (utilities, large industrials, industrial parks).
• Support business development leads including screening and pursuing opportunities.
• Lead project concepts towards execution with EPC contractors, operators, energy traders, and financiers.
• Prepare proposals and contractual documentation across project life cycles.
• Create plans, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
