Job summary

Grefort Electrical, Inc. (GEI) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager for Power Equipment Components to grow our U.S. customer base and drive sales of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and related products.

The successful candidate will develop new accounts, manage RFQs, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver competitive technical and commercial solutions in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or key-account experience in power equipment or industrial electrical industry.
• Established relationships and customer networks in the U.S. power equipment industry are strongly preferred.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of engineered industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and opportunities in the U.S. power equipment market and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer sourcing, engineering, quality, and management teams.
• Develop business with major U.S. power equipment manufacturers.
• Manage opportunities from RFQ through discussions, quotation, qualification, contracts, and production business.
• Develop key-account plans and identify additional opportunities across products and units.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to deliver competitive solutions.
• Lead or support pricing, negotiations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and a qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence to inform GEI's strategy.
