Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager (Power) in Houston, TX, to lead large EPC capital projects for power, energy, and industrial sectors. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive safety and schedule adherence, and serve as the primary client contact with executive leadership involvement.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in the industry, 10+ years in PM leadership, and a PE license is preferred. Hybrid work with periodic site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years in PM leadership.
• Proven success managing large EPC projects in power/energy.
• Strong background in execution, client management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large EPC projects from award through completion.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and field execution teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, risk management, and overall project performance.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases.
• Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project leadership personnel.
