Job summary

Williams is looking for an experienced E&C Project Manager (Senior/Staff) to lead large-scale power infrastructure projects in Houston, Texas. This role engages with gas turbines, CHP, solar, and battery systems, demanding technical expertise for successful project execution.

Eligible candidates should have a strong background in oil & gas project management with a relevant degree and 10-15 years of experience, alongside leadership skills to deliver results that impact business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management.
• Solid understanding of PLC/Stage-Gate processes.
• Extensive experience with power plant construction or operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams in implementing complex project plans to achieve objectives.
• Manages power infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
• Builds trust for coordination across internal and external partners.
