WSP Global Inc. in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead our Power & Energy PMO.

The role focuses on delivering large, complex programs across the EHV sector, with emphasis on embedded client support, regional coordination, and reliable execution across a dispersed portfolio. The Senior Program Director will lead project controls, governance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring profitable delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of post‑education experience in project/program management in power/utility infra.
• Experience with DBB, EPC, and client‑led governance environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across a multi‑state territory.

Responsabilidades

• Leads complex, large‑scale programs within EHV transmission and distribution.
• Oversees budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and risk management.
• Maintains client governance, reporting, safety, and quality processes.
• Coordinates with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders across offices.
