Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Controls, or related field.
• 8+ years in VSDs, power quality, grid stability, motor control; strong system design trade studies.
• 3+ years embedded software and RTOS controllers.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and portfolio execution with cross-functional teams.
• Provide engineering leadership for design reviews and risk assessments.
• Oversee design of medium-voltage power conversion systems and motor control algorithms.
• Mentor engineers, plan hiring, and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
