Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related.
• Six (6) years of experience in power electronics hardware design or controls development.
• Experience with variable frequency drive systems and hardware design for power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Simulate and design electrical, thermal, and mechanical aspects of power electronics converters.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and validate LV/MV power electronics.
• Develop control algorithms and validate them using MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, and PSPICE.
• Create manufacturing and commissioning instructions and comprehensive product documentation.
• Travel to customer sites for surveys, FAT witnessing, and commissioning.
