CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Staff Power Electronics Engineer to lead design, development, integration and verification of power conversion hardware for complex space and airborne platforms. You will work across electrical, systems, mechanical, FPGA, software, and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and mission success.

You will guide verification, drive qualification activities, mentor engineers, and advance power electronics practices across development programs in a

Competenze

• 12–15 years of related experience in power electronics.
• Strong understanding of thermal management and magnetics.
• Proficient with LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium Designer.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional teams.

• Develop complex power conversion architectures and power subsystems.
• Evaluate efficiency targets, thermal performance, and magnetics.
