Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager with industrial building and energy experience to lead design teams for Power Delivery projects. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communications across multiple offices and locations.

You will manage medium to large projects, mentor other PMs, and drive risk, procurement, and performance metrics to maximize client value and profitability. Hybrid work options and a focus on work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of energy engineering experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in transmission line, substation, and distribution projects.
• Firm understanding of PMP Principles.
• Experience managing large multi-discipline programs, multi-office projects, and/or multiple projects.
• Outstanding time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large multi-discipline engineering projects across locations.
• Support business development through project scoping, fee development, proposals, and contract development.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and vendor lists after award.
• Form project teams, assign responsibilities, and execute tasks to schedule.
• Submit documents to authorities for code compliance and obtain permits.
• Meet with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals at project completion.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships as part of business development.
• Plan, organize, communicate, and coordinate project engagements.
