Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with energy and industrial building experience to lead Power Delivery projects across multiple locations.

The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and financial performance on complex programs. The position requires leading diverse teams, coordinating across offices, and contributing to business development while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 10+ years in energy engineering with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in transmission line, substation, and distribution projects.
• Strong PMP principles understanding.
• Proven ability to manage large multi-discipline programs and multi-office projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large engineering projects with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support business development through project scoping, fee development, and proposals.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement after award.
• Form project teams and ensure tasks are executed on schedule.
• Submit documents to authorities for permits and compliance, and obtain approvals.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and manage project communications and risk.
