Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Project Manager with industrial building and energy experience to lead Power Delivery projects. The role involves managing scopes, schedules, budgets, quality, and client relations across multiple offices, including Denver, CO.

You will oversee design teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive project profitability while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Energy Engineering with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in Transmission Line, Substation, and Distribution projects.
• Firm understanding of PMP Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large multi-discipline projects.
• Support business development: scoping, fee development, proposals, interviews, and contracts.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement.
• Form and guide project teams to meet schedules.
• Obtain permits and liaise with authorities for code compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and drive project success.
• Manage day-to-day activities and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare opening orders, outlines, schedules, and closings.
• Monitor performance metrics and project records; manage changes and risks.
