Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Power Delivery Project Management Team. The SPM leads day-to-day activities, guiding engineering teams and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across EPC projects in the United States within a hybrid work arrangement.

The role emphasizes strategic and technical leadership, risk and schedule management, staff mentoring, and client engagement to meet business goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams on HV/EHV projects and EPC delivery.
• Proficiency with contract management, planning, risk, and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for HV/EHV Power Delivery projects across the US.
• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and governance with QA/QC.
• Mentor engineers and project staff; coordinate stakeholder communications and client reporting.
• Lead contract T&Cs negotiations and pricing reviews; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee project startup through closeout, including documentation and lessons learned.
