Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Power & Energy Power Delivery Project Management Team. The SPM will lead day-to-day project management activities, ensure quality, and drive strategic leadership across EPC projects in the US.

The role focuses on managing engineering teams, project controls, risk, cost, and client communications, with hybrid work options and occasional travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams in Power Delivery/Utilities.
• Ability to manage complex EPC projects with focus on schedule, cost, and risk.
• Strong writing and communication for stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects in the US.
• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout with QA/QC adherence.
• Coordinate with engineers, procurement, construction, and clients to meet schedules and budgets.
