Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Montana Power Delivery team in Billings. You will lead multi‑discipline projects, manage client relationships, and drive project strategy from inception to close, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, a PE license, and at least 5–10 years of PM experience, with proficiency in MS Project and Primavera. PMP certification and EPC‑project exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
10 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years project management experience.
Professional Engineer license recognized by licensing board.
MS Office and MS Project experience; Access a plus.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
Manage large multidisciplinary projects with high technical complexity.
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contracts and design meetings.
Lead QA/QC procedures and mentor junior project managers.
Track finances and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
