Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Management Area Lead to steer day-to-day PM activities for HV and EHV projects across our U.S. operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 15 years of post-education experience in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams on HV/EHV projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV projects including budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Lead recruiting and retention planning for PM staff.
• Oversee performance reviews and salary recommendations for direct reports.
• Support internal transfers and mentoring of new PMs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and report progress to clients.
• Participate in contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pursuit activities.
