Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Texas Region to provide strategic oversight on a major IOU/Utility power delivery program. The role requires leadership across multiple projects, coordination with clients, contractors, and design teams, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction management, a track record of delivering large programs, and expertise in risk management and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of post-education construction management experience.
• Expertise in construction delivery methods, phasing, and field operations.
• Proven success leading large, complex construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of field operations and contract execution for a major power delivery program.
• Lead and mentor senior professionals; drive best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage safety, QA/QC, schedule, and cost control across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with client, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Support business development and client engagement, including proposal review and risk assessment.
