Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Texas Region to guide major power delivery programs with senior leadership. The role requires leading complex project delivery, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and QA/QC standards.

The position allows remote work within the Texas region, with periodic travel to client and office locations as needed, and requires a strong track record in construction management and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 15+ years of post-education experience in construction management.
• Experience leading large, complex programs in public and private sectors.
• Ability to travel and work remotely within the Texas region.
• Authorized to work in the United States and holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical leadership on major power delivery projects.
• Interface with client teams and manage field operations across sites.
• Mentor professionals and advance best practices in construction delivery.
• Oversee safety, QA/QC, schedule, and cost controls.
• Review EPC proposals, contracts, and change management activities.
