Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Power Constructors sector in Texas. The role offers remote work within the Texas region, periodic travel to client and office locations, and collaboration with the PM team to deliver complex power delivery projects.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in construction management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Primavera P6. A CCM/PE credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of post-education experience in construction management.
• Expertise in construction delivery methods, phasing, and field operations.
• Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of power delivery construction programs for IOU/Utility clients.
• Lead field operations and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Manage multi-project workforce and coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Review EPC proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and risk contingencies.
• Assist in outage planning and constructability reviews.
