Job summary
Belcan is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to architect, build, and optimize enterprise BI solutions using Power BI, Azure data services, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric. You will partner with stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and IT to deliver scalable semantic models, dashboards, and analytics that enable data-driven decisions.
You will translate requirements into scalable BI models, develop advanced DAX calculations, and design robust dimensional data models to support enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of BI experience OR grad degree with 4+ years.
- 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
- Strong communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI models and dashboards.
- Develop advanced DAX calculations for KPIs and time intelligence.
- Design and maintain dimensional data models with fact and dimension tables.
- Optimize Power BI models for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT to support data integration.
- Establish governance, deployment practices, and documentation.
- Create ad hoc reports and analytics solutions as needed.
