Job summary

TEKsystems in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Senior Power BI Engineer to own the enterprise Power BI environment. You will build semantic models, create executive dashboards, and drive governance and data quality across analytics assets.

The role supports the move to Microsoft Fabric, with ~300 active users and governance-centered reporting. Onsite 2–3 days/week, with conversion to FTE after ~6 months of contracting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong experience gathering requirements from stakeholders for enterprise dashboards.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments with broad user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Power BI SME across the organization.
• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, usability, and data consistency.
