You will partner with stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver scalable semantic models, dashboards, and analytics that drive data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical audiences.
• Ability to interface with personnel at all levels, including senior management.
• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and dimensional data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate reporting requirements for analytics projects.
• Build scalable semantic models, dashboards, and reports aligned with data strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-performing reporting solutions.
• Design dimensional data models with fact and dimension tables and hierarchies.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations for KPIs and time intelligence.
• Create Power Query transformations for data ingestion and cleansing.
• Leverage Azure, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and other data sources for analytics.
• Support data integration and pipeline workflows with IT and data engineering.
• Optimize Power BI models for performance and reliability.
• Implement report security, governance, and documentation.
