Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or visualization in enterprise settings.
• 3+ years in external consulting with ownership of client-facing analytics projects.
• Experience leading delivery teams or workstreams; planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power BI engagements from planning to adoption and optimize client delivery.
• Establish the technical approach and quality standards for scalable solutions.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Connect Power BI to a variety of analytical data structures.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions to clarify requirements and drive decisions.
• Advise clients on Power BI governance and best practices; mentor consultants.
