Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. This remote-friendly role is based in the Eastern time zone and focuses on assessing data sources, building queries, and delivering Power BI reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights.

You will partner with business users to gather requirements, design report outputs, and deliver items to Production workspaces following the tenant architecture strategy while monitoring for sustainable adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to customer requirements.
• Master's degree in data science, computer science, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related field with PowerBI.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, DAX, large datasets, RLS, calculation groups, and data pipelines.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess data sources, develop queries, and create Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design outputs.
• Deliver items to Production workspaces following tenant architecture and enable adoption.
• Monitor performance and optimize reports for scalability and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms.
