Job summary

TASQ is seeking experienced Lead and Senior Power BI consultants to deliver analytics solutions for clients. The role is fully remote with a 5pm–2am shift and emphasizes Azure-focused projects and close collaboration with Microsoft ecosystems.

Responsibilities include engaging with clients, designing star schemas, building BI reports, and enabling deployments to Power BI service with gateways and data flows. Strong SQL/DAX and data modeling skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience with data and BI solutions using Microsoft tools (SSRS, Power BI, PowerPivot, PerformancePoint) or other BI platforms.
• Proficiency in TSQL, data modeling, and reporting with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience designing Power BI reports with interactive features, drilldowns, and nested parameters.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify reporting needs through discovery meetings.
• Advise clients on Power BI licensing options and capabilities.
• Develop star schema data models and create calculated columns and measures.
• Build Power BI solutions by importing data from multiple sources and creating reports and dashboards using DAX.
• Support deployment of Power BI solutions to the service, including gateways and data refreshes.
