Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in data visualization, BI, analytics, or decision-support delivery.
• Advanced Power BI/Power Platform or Tableau expertise for executive and operational audiences.
• Strong data storytelling, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and performance communication.
• Experience with SQL and data models; ability to translate stakeholder needs into KPI definitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of executive dashboards and operational reports.
• Translate questions into KPI definitions, measures, and reporting experiences.
• Design semantic models and reusable analytical layers using BI tools.
• Validate data, definitions, logic, and dashboard performance for accuracy and defensibility.
• Conduct stakeholder sessions and usability testing; apply accessibility standards.
• Manage publishing, security, schedules, and production support for visualization products.
• Integrate BI visuals with Power Platform capabilities when needed.
• Establish templates, standards, governance, and documentation across workstreams.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, SMEs, and program teams; mentor juniors.
