phData is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant specialized in Power BI to lead complex analytics engagements and deliver measurable value from data. You will combine deep BI expertise with consulting judgment, guiding clients from strategy through deployment, governance, and adoption.

You will work with executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams, shaping standards, accelerators, and scalable analytics programs for enterprise customers. The role offers remote-first work across US clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise delivering enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehouse experience.
• Experience with governance, workspace strategy, and deployment practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Power BI engagements and delivery workstreams.
• Define technical approach, architecture, and quality standards for scalable BI.
• Design semantic models, reports, and data products aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into analytic specifications for stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to consultants and drive adoption and governance practices.
• Contribute to staffing, planning, and delivery budgets.
