Job summary

RTX is seeking senior engineers in Tucson, AZ, to design and validate power conversion and analog circuits for defense systems. You will lead small teams, drive schedules, and ensure robust implementation from concept to integration.

Applicants should have a STEM degree (BS with 5+ years or advanced degree) and hands-on experience with analog/digital electronics, EM tools, and circuit topologies. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced STEM degree.
• Design, analysis, test, and/or simulation experience with non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.
• Experience with analog or digital electronics design including FETs/BJTs, op-amps, filters, data termination, or comparators.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion and related analog circuitry.
• Lead small teams to manage schedule, budget, and technical execution.
• Define schedules for circuit-level tasks and guide ECAD drafters through layout activities.
