RTX is seeking senior engineers for the Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team in Tucson. You will design and validate power, analog, and motor control systems, from concept to integration, leading teams and defining schedules.

Qualifications include a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years, plus expertise in linear and switching converters, EMI, and power electronics design.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Advance STEM degree preferred with relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, analyze, simulate, test and document power conversion circuitry.
• Lead large teams with schedules and budgets for designs.
• Guide ECAD drafters and junior engineers in layout and routing.
• Define layer stackups and creepage/clearance considerations.
• Drive technical growth and capture opportunities to mature the organization.
