Job summary

Lummus Technology, LLC is seeking a Principal Power Consultant to join our U.S. Power Project Services team in Houston, TX.

You will provide technical advisory and due diligence services for M&A transactions and project financings in the power sector, across gas turbines, boilers, and renewables interfaces. You will lead or contribute to live due diligence scopes, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and present clear, defensible findings to investors, lenders, and developers while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 7+ years in power generation or energy infrastructure.
• Experience in power asset acquisitions, divestitures, or project financing.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical due diligence of power assets and prepare independent engineer reports.
• Lead or support scope on transaction-driven engagements with tight timelines.
• Present findings to investors, lenders, and developers.
