Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior consulting or transaction advisory experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate power assets including design, EPC contracts, construction schedules, and cost structures.
• Prepare technical due diligence reports and lender advisory deliverables.
• Lead or support due diligence scopes and client deliverables.
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams and conduct site visits.
• Interact with investors, lenders, and developers to present findings and conclusions.
