Sargent & Lundy seeks an experienced environmental professional to join its Environmental and Permitting team in the United States. You will review federal, state, and local environmental regulatory requirements for power and industrial projects and lead business development to expand the firm’s environmental services footprint.

You will guide multi-disciplinary project teams, manage permit applications, mentor junior staff, and help shape win themes and proposals while traveling to client

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; MS preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in environmental compliance, impact assessment, and permitting.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary power industry projects and client relations.
• Familiarity with NEPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance for power and industrial projects.
• Drive business development, expand client relationships, and grow environmental services footprint.
• Oversee proposals, interviews, and win themes; mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Review and manage environmental impact studies and permit applications.
