Job summary

EDB in the United States is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to maintain post-sales relationships with our largest and most complex customers. You will be the primary technical contact across the EDB product line and act as a trusted advisor on Postgres and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities include guiding Postgres deployment strategies, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience with Postgres/Oracle/DB2/MS SQL Server.
• Advanced technical skills in data platforms, OS, cloud, and architecture.
• Knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationship with customer senior technical leadership.
• Help customers maximize Postgres value and deploy strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives, including architecture guidance.
• Maintain current knowledge of EDB product line and provide product feedback.
• Document best practices for deploying EDB solutions.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
